Three new CASA advocates were sworn in by the Honorable John V. Kelly on October 1, 2010. Coincidentally, that day happened to be Judge Kelly’s 25th judgeship anniversary - 25 years of experience hearing cases involving children who are in foster care. Congratulations and many thanks to both Judge Kelly and our new volunteer CASAs!
